Roddy has been a very speedy, attentive, compassionate problem-solver. I have never seen a great contractor like him in my life. His family legacy coupled with his many years of experience in the high tech industry really make difference in his service. Our relationship has started with Moen Flo installation and he has been thoughtful about other repair/remodel needs and has been giving great advices and works. I highly recommend Roddy!

I highly recommend Heidi's house if you are considering to introduce an automatic leak detection and smart shut-off valve for your home. Roddy was incredibly helpful and was able to do all that was needed (electrical wiring, plumbing, and smart valve configuration)... plus he brings wonderful enthusiasm and professionalism to the job.

Roddy recently helped us install the Moen smart meter. Not only was he very skilled in plumbing and electrical works but he was extremely knowledgeable in the IT world, helping me troubleshoot the Wi-Fi issues I was facing with my smart meter.

Roddy has amazing communications skills and he’s thorough making sure I faced zero issues even a few days after the job was completed. Highly recommend him and look fwd to the next job with him 😁

I was referred to Roddy by a friend, and I'm very pleased with the recommendation, his services, and the reasonable pricing. Upon moving into our new home, we found ourselves dealing with a mix of smart home technologies – some functional, many not. Roddy from Heidi's House provided us with an amazing smart home solution with Amazon/Alexa, Ring security, Lutron Dimmers, Sonos entertainment, and the Moen Smart leak detection and water shutoff system. He bundled everything, the equipment, design, and installation, and removing the old stuff for just $28k. In addition, he helped us get a 10% discount on our home insurance with the Ring security and the Moen smart plumbing systems!

Last year when Roddy remodeled our kitchen and bathrooms, we talked about the value of a smart home. We liked the smart home story, and a year later, we decided to have Roddy from Heidi's House design and install our entire system. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Right from the start, Roddy's approach was exceptional. We called, and he provided a complimentary estimate and design on the same day! The estimate was detailed, with a clear breakdown of the cost, process, and components, i.e., we did security, lighting, shades, entertainment, and climate. I'm not a techie, but the quote was straightforward. A follow-up call allowed us to quickly select the ideal options for our smart home. The overall experience was excellent, and the price was affordable. Roddy was ready to start the project within a week, which worked perfectly with our equipment's arrival.

During the installation, he noticed our living room lighting was a little dark, and he recommended we install six new can lights, a suggestion that significantly transformed our living space.

Once the smart home install was done, Roddy invested hours refining the system to ensure it was just right. He then provided us with several training sessions both in person and remotely until we were comfortable with the system.

Nowadays, finding good people is hard, but Roddy stands out. I highly recommend Roddy and Heidi's House smart home installation services.
